I love how since it's Luke's first time in Korea, too, everyone keeps feeding him so he can enjoy the trip even though he's working.
Also how Josh is actually better with spice than the guy who grew up on Ghanaian food because of all the spice challenges he's done.
And, yes, peanut M&Ms are great for killing spice. Starch, sugar, fat, cold, and casein are the best things for cooling your mouth off from spicy food, and peanut M&Ms are all sugar, fat, and starch. Slightly better than milk, since milk is usually cold, fat, sugar, and casein, which are all things that help neutralize the spice, but starch actually scrapes it off, so combining starch with one of the others is your best bet. (That or going for really cold and lots of fat, sugar, and casein, which is why ice cream is even better!) The fastest way to get rid of spice is actually mouthwash (or swish-and-spit with vodka or everclear), because capsacin is highly soluble in alcohol, but it really hurts while you're doing it, because you're piling the burn of alcohol on top of the burn from the capsacin.
