Thyme, as a herb, has been traditionally used for its beneficial effects on the respiratory system. The aromatic properties of thyme can help to open up the airways and improve breathing, making it easier for the lungs to function optimally. Thyme is also known for its antimicrobial properties, which can help fight off infections in the respiratory tract. Additionally, thyme acts as a natural expectorant, meaning it can help to loosen and expel mucus from the lungs, making it easier to breathe and reducing congestion. By incorporating thyme into your diet or using it in herbal remedies, you can support your respiratory health and promote overall well-being.

Thyme Tea: 1 Cup of Hot Water
1/2 - 1 Teaspoon of Dried Thyme
When comparing ground thyme vs dried thyme, or another type of herb, you'll find that the ground varieties have much stronger flavors than dried herb leaves, so you'll require less of them.

I tried this right away. I chewed it and I made tea and it worked immediately. I have coughed for 20 years, even during the night. Eating always makes me cough. I have seen doctors for years trying to find an answer and never found one. I was told to live with it. THIS WORKS! Thank you so much!

God created all the herbs for us to use. I was born in Africa and my mom used natural herbs and vegetables to heal us. I am almost 50 years and I had never visited a doctor. I continue to use natural herbs, spices, and vegetables with seeds. My health is the most wealth I have.

When I was growing up back in the Middle East my mother used all kinds of natural remedies whenever we got sick. For example, dry thyme mixed with roasted sesame seeds and sumac mixed with olive oil, was an almost everyday food, specially for breakfast. When we got sick with cold and cough she would add some black pepper to some olive oil and bring it to a boil and let it get warm, then she would apply it to our chest and back and cover it with newspaper paper (we didn’t have parchment paper or anything of the sort at the time.) She would also give us hot tea made from wild mountain flowers with a chunk of butter in it. The next morning the cold was gone.

Good morning, I’ll be trying this out today. I prayed to God to help me with my cough & congestion. It was a very short prayer. As I was reading the Bible, this video appeared on my phone. I’ll comment again after I test this out😊

I use fresh thyme in my cooking. It's something my mom did and I was just continuing the tradition. I didn't realize that it was an antioxidant! Yay.

Thx for reminding me about Thyme. My son is growing some in his yard here in Florida, so I'll go make some tea for the cough I'm working through this week after the Sheriff came & took away our visiting Rooster friend. Thx for being here!πŸ€—πŸ₯°πŸ’•
