Mint is a common herb used in middle eastern cooking as well as Dill, the both have complimenting aromas. Then think back at the herbal nature of a gin and tonic, tonic having a high amount of Quinine which comes from pine needles another Evergreen such as Wintergreen. This makes sense be because a Gin and Tonic is typically garnished with Lime an acid like vinegar, and Mint. This likely taste like a Gin and Tonic

I'm 90% sure I've seen some dips and sauces that use both mint and Dill, because flavor combination isn't necessarily unheard-of, but if this is Bill pickle vodka that doesn't play some vinegar in there so I'm a little surprised with that part.
