Doug the type of guy to review a refrigerator on a car channel

He's like the Adam Sandler of car reviewers. He'll drive the most exotic vehicles but still dress like an American tourist who collects hotel soap 😂

Doug is the kind of guy who would cancel his doctor appointment because he's sick

I think Doug makes enough money now to give us a POV driving experience instead of staring at his face the whole time.

We love cars that can just casually hurt you by slightly bumping into it.

Shifting of gears via display is weird. I don't understand this love to displays in new cars. In my opinion, some function are still better to implement on the old way, where you can just feel the button, instead of look on it

Doug is the type of guy that used to be 6' 2", 6' 3", 6' 4", but now it's just "pretty tall".

Doug the type of guy to review the most hyped car of the decade, but all of the comments on his YouTube video are about him.

The Pontiac Aztek and DeLorean DMC-12 had a baby…… I wonder if it can still go 88mph though 😆

'You're going to be driving with a big bed that you may not be using'... which is 90 percent of all American drivers

If I ever own a Cybertruck, I’ll wrap it to make it look like a block of Swiss cheese… a very fast block of cheese

The Cybertruck is exactly the type of vehicle that people in the 1980s thought we would be driving in the 2020s.

I didn’t see the wiper until I saw the wiper and now I can’t unsee the wiper.

Having owned two Teslas at this point, I can tell you that their pursuit to make everything as minimalist as possible and put it all on the screen is annoying. For one, we've actually had the screen go out three separate times. The screen just went black while we were driving and it was even a little scary. You can't see your speed, you can't control the windshield wipers if it's raining. Secondly, not everyone owns two Teslas. So when you make the driving experience too different from a standard vehicle, then you can actually make mistakes in the other vehicle forgetting you're not in the Tesla and vice versa. We have a Model 3 and a Prius. Every car we've had has the windshield wipers on the right steering wheel stock. However, Tesla put the single-wipe windshield button on the left stock and the parking break on the right stock. I've had a couple of occasions where I'm backing out of the garage while it's raining and I'll push the right stock to clear the windshield and it engages the parking break while you're rolling. There are other examples of this, but this is the one that comes to mind. Lastly, it's just annoying to have to press two buttons on a busy screen just to open the glove box, or fold the mirrors or turn on windshield wipers. It doesn't improve the driving experience at all. Actually the opposite. I think this is our last Tesla.
