Wish these had been around when I was in my 20s and 30s it might just have changed my life - now just weeks away from 63 I get motivated to get going again - having lost 4 stone last year from exercise and using HUEL I know it is still in me and I am close to setting up a TEA company and that is exciting - Reggie just amazing, and you are amazing too - doesn't matter the colour of your skin or your background - you can make it - just stop making excuses - your podcasts inspire me even at 62 (and a bit!!) :-)

I have always been a fan of Reggie Yates. We're similar ages and as a black British guy, it was always good to see him on TV. Love this podcast!

The more i watch Steven Barletts interviews/ conversations with diverse groups of people the more impactful I find that his history , difficult childhood has informed the man he is right now. This observation is the same for Reggie Yates.

Sometimes you catch a vibe from someone that shows you what type of energy that person carries. Reggie just strikes me as good, positive energy… seems like a really chill guy.

This is super interesting - been watching Reggie's documentaries for a while and also relate a lot to both your West African/UK backgrounds so nice to see a deep introspective perspective - thanks Steven! My takeaways: - When it comes to work, you must enjoy the process (process > results) work hard and smart not just hard - You need to know when to keep your mouth shut and listen! - Get to know your shadow - the hardships/dents will allow you to go further - It's not about you. - Optimise your life and environments you put yourself in for learning and self growth - 1:24:00 - 1:36:23 - you have opportunity and live in the best time to actualize what you see in your mind

Reggie meant a lot to me growing up. Seeing him on TV after school as a young black girl meant more to me than he’ll even realise. This was an incredible interview and it’s nice to see that he’s just as amazing now as he was back then ❤️
