Regarding “Calypso”, I had assumed Discovery had been retrofit to its original design for the Fleet Museum, which eventually disappeared around Discovery over the next millennium.
It fits with Zora’s last command being to “maintain position”.

I'm a HUGE Trek fan but this show can't end soon enough for me. I will watch it so that I can comment/complain about it but one viewing will be more than enough.... There are so many things that I take issue with in the whole show that it would take far too long to explain them all..... There is a reason why SNW is so popular.... and Discovery hasn't got any of it. Saying that though, I do appreciate he breakdowns that Sean is so good at and seeing the positives in the show.... Keep it up, Sean!

I can't wait to see what the deal is with the "abandoned" Discovery. Reason I say is, is because Discovery was refit and re registered as Disco A. Dealing with the mirror universe implys alternate reality's, so is this an alternate Discovery that's been left abandoned for a thousand years

I'm pretty sure the Library scenes were probably filmed at the Thomas Fisher Rare Book Library at the University of Toronto (and the height digitally extended), which makes sense because Discovery has filmed plenty around UofT before.

It appears to be action packed. I'm glad they're addressing that Trek Short "Calypso". I wouldn't say it was my favorite but definitely in the top 3.

"Of course they're probably gonna kill them all and have us follow another Discovery" I seem to remember the dodgy co-creator who was sacked actually stated in an interview that his intention for Discovery was to follow a different Discovery in a different era each series and each series ending with them all dying. You can kinda see the moment where they were all supposed to get it in the Season 1 finale.

Love it or hate it, 'Discovery' has ALWAYS put in the effort, and I appreciate that. I may be a critic, but each season has been a net positive in general. I certainly can't say that about EVERY series of the modern era. 😉 So I look forward to it's final season. Not with relief of it ending, but with genuine interest in seeing where it goes.

It all comes down to the Temporal Wars don't it. I won't be surprised if we wind up
seeing Daniels or maybe Archer. What's your opinion Sean? Me personally I think they never left the 23rd century. That theyre stuck in some sort of temporal loop

I know this is out there but my mom had a theory that the treasure that the romulans are searching for maybe an extremely rare emerald called Vulcans Glory.
It would certainly be a fascinating thing story wise.
