When I was a kid, I've always wanted to know what's she's really saying in 1:28.
Now after studying japanese I can understand and share to others.

かっこいい靴磨き欲しい
か = ka
っ = lowercase "tsu" which is used to "double the first letter of the next character"
こ = usually "ko" but because of the lowercase "tsu", it's "kko"
い = i
かっこいい = kakkoii which means literally "cool".
靴 = kutsu. It means literally "shoe" or "shoes".
磨 = miga
き = ki
磨き= migaki. Means "polish" specifically as in a polishing product.
欲 = ho
し = shi
い = i
欲しい = hoshii. Means "wanting" or can be abbreviated for "I want" as japanese will rarely bother to do proper noun conjugation of "Watashi hoshii" or something similar.
FINALLY:
かっこいい靴磨き欲しい
kakkoii kutsu migaki hoshii.
She's saying "I WANT (the) COOL SHOE POLISH".
