For the last movie about the "funny moustache man", there's a GERMAN movie called "Er ist wieder da" (Look who's back) that's kind of a comedy and I quite liked their take on how Hilter would be seen if he was time travelled to our time but he didn't know at the beginning what exactly had happened with germany towards the war, he thought germany won and everything. Suggest you watch it!

you know what would be an interesting movie? a movie about "Moustache Man" not becoming a genocidal dictator, but instead about an alternate timeline where he gets accepted into art school and then becomes a world renowned painter. you could even show an alternate version of WW2 happening, where a western coalition between the USA, UK, France and Weimar Germany fights against an agressive and expansionist USSR ruled by trotsky instead of stalin.

Hero Shima, a movie about 1 single japanese soldier on home leave who suspected foul play when the city had not been subjected to bombings for a while, and he manages to get his family out the last moment, basically, them seeing the shroom in the back mirror of whatever they ride in, from a distance.
Interesting thing is, there was apparently a man who basically survived both nukes. Tsutomu Yamaguchi. Was in Hiroshima on company business when that city got nuked, he headed back to work after being treated in Nagasaki, where he lived - and as he was describing the explosion to a colleague, Nagasaki was nuked. Both times, he was about 3 kilometers away from ground zero.

6:36 Actually Imperial Japan used both flags, one was the military flag whereas the other one was the civilian one.
the current japanese naval ensign also has a similar design.

@11:40 into the video, Drew is actually, kind of describing the plot of Charlie Chaplin's "The Great Dictator", where the lead character is an ordinary guy who looks exactly like the dictator, named Adenoid Hynkel, leading to hilarious hijinks.

9:37 this depicts an alternate universe.
āMaster Skywalker, there are too many of them! What are we going to do?ā
Anakin: āDid you just call me Master?ā
So happy that Anakin got the respect he deserves, he raises the younglings instead of massacring them.

6:19 actually that looks like the cockpit to an avenger torpedo bomber. The Avenger Torpedo bombers where actually flown by the Japanese self defense force after WWII, so perhaps itās post wwii

3:34 Actually, the horrible things were almost exclusively done between 1884-1908, when Leopold II ruled it personally. That's when the vast majority of the Congolese were killed. After 1908, the Belgian Government took over the Congo, and made it a much less brutal place.

6:36 There are actually two different movies which are basically like this, one is called "barefoot gen" which actually shows the bombing of hiroshima and "grave of the fireflies" which is about the aftermath of the firebombings on japan (so not exactly the same but similar). The latter is a Ghibli film which is often referred to as the Japanese Disney. I highly recommend grave of the fireflies it's a true classic, barefoot gen on the other hand is an interesting watch but I wouldn't exactly call it good.

10:50 there is a good german satire movie about him called "he's back"
Whats funny is, some scene aren't scripted and the people who are filmed didn't eaven know it was for a movie. Some of the dialogues are real and not fictional.
I really recomand this movie !
