Welcome to this guided meditation and hypnosis for deep relaxation and sleep, presented with a black screen format to help you fall asleep and stay asleep.

In this guided meditation, you will relax and unwind as you clear your mind of all unwanted, anxious and uneasy thoughts – clearing the way for you to go on and enjoy a full night of refreshing deep sleep.

This session is a 60-minute spoken guided meditation and hypnotic experience set against calming and soothing celestial-style music. Check back frequently since I create most of my meditations and hypnosis videos with a variety of different background audio experiences, including waves, rainfall and thunder, and voice only.

A consistent theme in many of my videos is the importance of being able to steer your mind away from the past and from the future, especially when looking back creates feelings of regret, remorse or anger or when looking forward creates feelings of fear and anxiety.

It is the negative and upsetting emotions we attach to our thoughts that often make it difficult to switch off and stop our minds spinning, especially at night time when laying in bed. When you are able to direct your awareness and focus away from the past and the future and into the present, you release yourself from those emotional burdens.

This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent listening – as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

When listened to on a regularly, this hypnosis session can help reduce anxiety, stress and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive, solution-focused way. As always, I have written this session in the spirit and with the positive spirit and expectation that wherever you are in the world, whatever you are facing and wherever you are going, tomorrow will be a better day than today.

Luv ya, Nick. In fact you're one of my favorite voices to listen to get some sleep. However, what's kinda disappointing is when a post of yours has a time stamp of let's say about an hour, only to find there's about 25 to 30 minutes of your voice, and then the rest is either soft music, waves, or silence. I wake up when your voice stops, so I'd really love to get the full hour or whatever measure of time of your voice as promised. Thank you for what you do and I hope you'll consider this a positive suggestion and request. 😊

I have a question for you. You always say, or maybe not always but frequently say, if you choose you can enter swiftly now into trance or if you choose you can just relax and enter trance when you're ready. How do you quickly enter trance? Because I really want to be able to fall asleep quickly and I have no idea how to enter trance without just kind of slowly drifting off to sleep. I guess what is trance?
