You just hit the jackpot. This is an awkward place to start with Aurora, since it's so different than the sound she usually goes for. She's 27, and from Norway. She has four albums, and she's working on a 5th. She is the reason Billie Eillish became a singer. With respect, she's definitely not copying Tame Impala, though I wouldn't be surprised if she listens to them. Aurora is a trained dancer, and she's also a singer, producer, composer, and writer. She writes all of her own music. She is also anti-pop music. She is one of a kind, and it's hard to really compare her to anyone, besides maybe Bjork, and the Cranberries. She started writing songs at age 9, and has only gotten better with age.

What a lovely surprise :) If you love great, delicate, raw original and sencere music, you are lucky to come across this girl, because she is THE artist. Has many different songs in different genres. Everybody will suggest, you watch her live performances (because she is a treat to watch). But her studio recordings and music videos are magnificent too.

Great first reaction! This was an early lyric video, there is a full video to the song. Her videos are artistic and impressive, but her live performances are out of this world. This song is her absolute latest release and marks a period when she is pretty significantly evolving her style; not a bad thing, but just so you know if you decide to look into her older stuff. I know reactors don't like to research artists' stories, but I encourage you to look into Aurora's backstory. She's fascinating and unlike any artist you have ever known. Don't worry, you won't spoil blind reactions by researching an artist's story.
