Ok, so, many people say that chakras are a load of bull, and thus, in turn, these frequencies are nonsense too.
However, there doesn't need to be any argument for the validity of these frequencies, simply because there is empirical evidence that they work.
So where is this evidence? Well... look at the comments section here. Where else (besides other analogous videos/ music) would you see this level of compassion, honesty, and most importantly, love online?
Everything else online always has some version of one-upmanship or argumentative egoism. However, the tranquility within this little thread of humanity gives me hope, for us all.

After a lifetime of crippling anxiety and years of healing, I finally realize that I just have to let it go. Let it go with love and compassion. This pattern served its purpose and helped me feel safe when I needed it. But I am ok now, I trust myself. Even though this anxiety has been a lifelong companion, I know it doesn't help me anymore. But I love and accept it completely. How could I not? I have known it my whole life. It's going to require a lot of courage but I choose to let this fear go now.

Listening to this, sitting outside in the middle of the woods, watching the trees dance with the wind, feeling the life inside of me nudge and bump my belly, watching the life I brought to this Earthly plane almost 5 years ago running around freely with no fear and I am humbled. I am grateful and I know that everything will be ok.
