You have cystic acne? Hit the gym. You have a crooked nose? Hit the gym. You lack self confidence?Hit the gym. You have no charisma or social skills? Hit the gym. Hitting the gym is guaranteed to only help you improve your health. Hitting the gym will not clear up your acne, fix your crooked nose, grant you self-confidence or suddenly make you attract the opposite gender.
My point is that you shouldn't solely rely on working out to fix all your problems. Looking good is a multi step process, but working out shouldn't be your sole priority if you have bad values and morals and horrible character.
It's the work outside of the gym that help build up your personality.
Character refers to moral qualities, ethical standards and principals. What this means is that character refers to the distinctive qualities that make one recognizable as a person differentiated from others. For example, a woman of strong individuality.
People with strong character show compassion, are honest and fair, display self-discipline in setting and meeting goals, make good judgments, show respect to others, show courage in standing up for beliefs, have a strong sense of responsibility, are good citizens who are concerned for their community, many of them are considered good role models.
