I really can't give any advice due to the fact that you have so many pigeons.
It was easy for me to manage 20 approximately. I never allowed a pigeon to have more than one nest, I used to sit there for hours watching and remove any violator until they just give up trying. π

What happens in your loft when you open the nest boxes for the yearling pigeons? Do you remove all the mature birds first? Do you also remove the problem yearlings that get more than one nest box?

Hi only feed these timid birds in the boxes, those that have taken more than 1 box put small rubber elastic bands on there legs it stops them from controlling a fight weakens them so the timid bird gets confidence from knocking them from there box I've done this for years it really does work

Normal situation when you work like this. Close the boxes that for olther pigeons and bring them to another loft. Then give cocks and females the chance to choose

I have the same problem in my pigeonloft. i solve this by closing the nest boxes where pigeons are already sitting. so the others can search a nest box in peace. One day I let these and one day the others. when everyone is stuck in their box, I open all the boxes slowly again.
