Today I tried meditation with this mantra. I have experienced something that is difficult to describe. I have never tried meditation before, as I thought it was a waste of time. Something incredible happened today. So, I have put my hands on the chest and started repeating the mantra. And somehow in the process I felt very light and hot, and had goosebumps. Later I felt light pain on the top of my head (right side) that lasted seconds. Afterwards, I could see some molecules coming out of my body, I was in universe. That's what I saw. Suddenly, I felt so happy, moving my body forward and round just like on a swing, without forcing it. I gave myself few seconds before 'waking up' and I have thanked for everything. It was a truly amazing experience, I could see myself out of my body, so light so peaceful. And I am an overthinker but somehow I was able to let go of my thoughts and focus on breathing and words. Such a powerful experience. I have been struggling for a long time, many bad experiences, car accident, difficult relationship and stress. But, I am at peace today, feeling so blessed 🙌 so thankful for this video 🍀

While chanting this mantra for the first time my rescue cat who I’ve had for 6 months has never sat on my knee or anyone else’s came up to me, hopped onto my knee and lay there relaxed. I really believe it was this mantra which drew her to do that.
