For phone calls.....the headset is paired and volume adjusted, but no ring tones or voice will come through. Any ideas?

When I turned on ANC of my BOSE QC 35 on I start feeling mild pain and discomfort in ear..
Is it common and people get used to it as time passes or not??
Its bearable but not what I expected...

Hi there, your video is good. You might be able to help me: i'm having trouble to connect to a second device. Tried everything back & forth but I still don't understand it. I connected to my iphone, but when i want to connect to my ipad it's a headache. Do you have an easy explanation? The headphones always connect to the most recent device, but don't react when i want to make them "ready to pair" to another device. Thanks in advance, fingers crossed 😑
