a few tips: when you got pirates active in the right top corner you c an pay them to attack your enemy, select a group of ship and in the fleet options you can group them into a fleet, station and ships can also be ctrl+ number for rapid select do this with shipyards so you dont need to go back to the planet every time you want to build new ships

morph you can link your attacks if you hold down shift key and click the unit you want the fleet to attack then click all of the other enemy ships while holding down the shift key your fleet will attack those units in that order PS watch captain shacks first play trough as the federation he gives information on lot of little tricks and tactics

I think saucer separation was supposed to be standard battle procedure for galaxy classes IRRC it never happened in the show due to budget/time restraints.

I noticed some of the art assets, especially in the Tactical Subsystems research tree, have been lifted from Star Trek Online. I mean, it's just a mod and they're not making any money off of it... but it still, for some reason, doesn't sit easy with me when stuff like that happens.

Morphologis will be assimilated. His morphnis will be integrated into the collective and then the collective can make all ships of Shack explode without even firing at them.
