We walk a minimum of three miles a day, usually about five, though we may get up to about ten or twelve. It's the only escape we get from the horrors of my wife's OCD. I believe that she has always had it, but it became apparent during COVID lockdown. I have finally persuaded her to get professional help, only three sessions so far so it's early days. I have struggled to support her, and suspect that I may be autistic, ADHD or both which would explain the difficulties I have. Not the retirement I had envisaged. I always thought we would have ten or even twenty years of healthy carefree time before illness or dementia struck one of us, not straight from the off. We do take our mental health for granted. Take care.

Jeez man I've watched this whole video and can relate to EVERYTHING. But I'm not sure if I want to get diagnosed because I don't trust the doctors or the drugs...

I'm a nutritionist and have watched a few of your videos. I think you should look into magnesium deficiency as well as vitamin D. Order some Magnesium Glycinate You make great vidoes I hope it catches on.
