I performed this routine for 2 weeks every morning. To be totally honest it has been transformational and I've noticed significant improvements in both my physical and mental wellbeing. At last, true beginner routine. I feel away from my regular yoga routine, and forgot how much flexibility is needed for the full sun routine. THANK YOU for enabling me to get back in the flow.

If this is too fast for y’all, change the playback speed to 0.75! It REALLY helped me. The breathing was way way way too fast and actually made me extremely anxious when I tried doing these routines on normal speed
