they don’t respect me at work at all, i’m constantly getting yelled at for no reason what so ever. i had to leant how to do everything at work myself, i put in 110% everyday even when i’m exhausted after school or even if it’s been hours since i’ve ate. i only started a month ago and i’ve always been respectful towards everyone. i’m constantly told i’m not good enough or they’ll cut my hours short for no valid reason. i’m only 16, they’re bullying a child. all my coworkers are amazing but my managers make me feel like i’m worthless and replaceable.
