one of the things feyenoord is known for since slots arrival is in fact how much the players run and press for the entire game. They are they most fit and you can especially see that in that last 30/20 minutes. Not only against dutch team but also against lazio, atletico marseille, roma, etc. The players arent more fit because they dont run during games but because they train well for it. Even in packed weeks with 2 games a week you can just see how fit they are.

About the injuries: Slot is bringing a performance coach with him. The medical staff decide who gets to play or not. They can measure when players are in 'the red' and those players will get rest. Feyenoord hasnt had a lot of issues with injuries over the past years. Most players are very physically fit.
