My favorite thing about Olivia is how she's such a good balance between a songwriter & performer. A lot of singer-songwriters in the pop industry write REALLY WELL but don't actually know how to fully bring out the emotion in their vocals. There's a reason why musicals have songwriters that are separate from the actors. They are 2 different skills that don't necessarily intersect. The fact that Olivia has an acting background, in a musical show no less, really shines through in how she performs AND in how she writes them too actually. The storytelling, the cadence & rhythm of the line phrasings - she kinda writes songs as if they were meant to be in a musical.

Her voice is such an instrument. Many songs rhyme and it's easy to stay on tune but her songs don't rhyme and she's just spot on tune. The piano/music is minimal so her singing just carries the song. Crazy talent and mesmerizing. She's my vampiress!
