The best leaders know thereā€™s a time to encourage and a time to challenge themselves and their team. Dr. Josh Axe shares practical tools and phrases for encouraging and challengingā€”and shares his top health and lifestyle adjustments you can make today.

One way to consistently make wise decisions is to make as many of them as possible ahead of time. Iā€™ve used this strategy to improve my weekly calendar, my study habits, and even how and when I exercise.

Thereā€™s an entire framework behind how I do it, and you can find it in my latest book, Think Ahead. You can get your copy here: go2.lc/YTTA

Learn even more about how the brain works and tools for winning the war in your mind with Craigā€™s book, Winning the War in Your Mind: Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life. And, you can apply what you read with the new companion workbook.

Thank you for this valuable conversation. As a person with countless life goals, i am regularly conflicted with how my contribution makes an impact in the world. I have recently learned that impact starts with my immediate and most important relationships; God, myself, my husband, and children. I am working to be a better person everyday (which is the most challenging work i have experienced). I feel like i am on the right track as it is flowing onto others I enfluence.

I want to think this, not that. This was incredibly helpful and refreshing. I donā€™t know if Iā€™ve ever resonated more with any of your podcasts. Between this and your ā€œpre-decideā€ series my life has changed for the greater good. I continue to share and am more grateful than Iā€™ll ever be able to express. Thank you Pastor Craig for all that you sacrifice! Thank you Dr. Axe for your enlightening story! May God continue to bless you both abundantly.šŸ™šŸ¼ ā€”Forever grateful.

I want to think this, not that. Also, Dr. Axe I must say I felt you were totally unrelatable and I could never do anything you've done before this. I was even a little nervous to listen today because I learned of you through Dr. Jockers. Your transparency here really did something for my mindset. Truly appreciated.
