Im 60 and having played rugby for pears l now have back, shoulder and hip pain. Ive been incorporating wall exercises for a few years. You can regulate the pressure, and isometrics are easier on the joinrs. So youre preaching to the converted here. Definitely worth a try if youre in the older age groups or revovering from joint injury.😊
