my grandmother recently told me the other day as i was in a hurry for work. She said theres no reason to rush, its not worth it. Hearing that helped me out, so its amazing this video was recently published around the same time i was told that. I have a lot of goals to accomplish , and with my 10-12 hour work days outside my productivity on my other tasks is shy of 100%. media can make us feel as if life is a competition or race... when we look up and around us, soak in the present moment and be grateful and thankful to be breathing , we realize the world itself is beautiful when we let go to the attachment we have on issues

I've been trying to produce content for YouTube and Instagram and I occasionally always have this feeling of needing to put out content or else I'm failing but I keep trying to tell myself to slow down and master the basics (editing, video ideas, shorts, reels etc.). I've been realizing that lately and this video is a blessing in disguise just confirming to slow down and be patient. Always loved your work Cole and love the message you're putting out.
