I stopped playing in 2021 and now got into the game again. With all these new brawlers the overall game feels great. Although I find it to be a bit disappointing that there aren’t any new map hazards. The game is basically the exact same as almost 3 years ago with the only difference being the progression system and new brawlers.

There is actually some stuff in the games files currently for a 5v5 Brawl Ball
It’s mainly a scaled up brawl ball, more players, new map size(kind of like a thinner showdown size), and even a modifier that has 3 balls instead of 1
Obviously all this is subject to change but it’s cool that there’s some progress

A 5v5 mode where there is a big brawler and 4 regular brawlers on each team where the goal is to defeat the other team’s big brawler first would be a really cool gamemode

The thing I hate more than anything else from Starr drops is getting profile icons. Like, you only get to use 1 for your main profile, and then I guess two in your battle card, but that’s it. Also if you’re like me and have a long and storied history with your main brawler (for me Piper) you’re just gonna get that mastery icon, or just use the icon of that brawler, and never switch off of it out of loyalty to that brawler.

I wonder if bad randoms will be more or less impact-full in 5v5, if one bad player ends up well bad will it be less important because their is so many other players that can make up for it unlike 3v3 or the exact reverse?

I think if they did 5v5 payload with a bigger map a bigger timer and further to push the payload that could be good

My idea about the 5v5 gamemode is the Power League rework so I mean its still 3v3 but there are 2 players who always just spectate it and they switch players every x seconds.

My idea for 5v5 would be game modes which centers around a "leader" who is randomly chosen from each team and that leader has more hp and attack than usual. Maybe that leader can give power ups/boosts to other teammates or maybe even place their spawn locations at start of each round. (This probably won't work well if the leader quits the game midway.If so, one fix would be that the leader is automatically changed to an another teammate if current one stays idle for too long)

I think for the 5v5 they should do a class based choice match making. Like one chooses tank, support, assassin, marksman, etc

As for the Starr drops - I got Wood Spirit Chester, and it was so much cooler just seeing the animation than it would have ever been if I had bought it. So the fact they are increasing this chance for legendaries is just awesome.

9:35 I think there could be some kind of wishlist section for cosmetics that you choose your favorite skins, pfps, sprays or pins that you want to get in starr drops. The starr drops could have something like a 30/70 chance of getting a cosmetic that's from your wishlist and a random cosmetic (like the wish box in beatstar)

5v5 definitely needs a bigger map. Way too chaotic otherwise. I'd honestly like to see something along the lines of a MOBA if possible, with different "lanes" that benefit certain brawler playstyles. Might be interesting to make these games a bit longer as well but I understand if that goes against their vision for the game. Maybe include some robot spawners? Some siege turrets protecting a heist safe? Lots of possibilities here.

Ooh 5v5 robo rumble / boss fight / rampage (yes rampage) would be cool or maybe even the few of the last good modes that were limited (such as showdown +) and unique modifiers

You could have more goals needed to win in brawl ball, or you could have more kills needed in wipeout, but respawn time is cut down

they can do like a wish system for star drops, where a player can wish for certain cosmetics and greatly increasing the odds of getting it in a stardrop

I always loved dodgeball as a gamemode but I never know how something like that would work for brawl stars because it’s basically just Bounty/Wipeout/Knockout but with balls instead of bullets :/
