The people that cause this are also the people that are causing the panic. We will get through this with hardwork and perseverance. That is the American way. Most of us donโt have the money to pick up and move every time things get rough. We realize the control we have over this is very little. But we will keep talking because the ties that bind all of the citizens of this world is that we all want the same things for our family. Those of us that think of our families first that is. The truth can only hide in the dark so long. Sunlight is the best disinfectant. No one wants to see any country harmed by bad policy. The person we voted for was cheated. I know a lot of people are making a lot of money delivering bad news on daily basis bc communism is suffering/they will give you a small win, and then pull the rug out from under you. We are all seeing it all of us that are paying the bills. The ones that keep this country moving. Itโs sickening. But I believe God is in control. I know God is in control. I have faith and I know my people will be with me and God will not allow those that conspire against me to prosper. Some people capitalize on it. I want to be seen in a good light so they warn people and they give them advice. But if they are in that position to help, they should be doing that stopping this nonsense and speaking out. Many brave people are doing that.

I would be curious to know how Kiyosaki thinks an average American, with minimal capital, possibly with past debts, maybe a family to support, can afford to invest in real estate in Arizona. Perhaps by taking on more debts with these interest rates?
Another thing I would be curious to understand is: if he is so convinced that the dollar will collapse, how much does he think his properties will be worth when 99% of Americans won't know how to buy bread due to an inflation explosion? And especially who will be able to afford to pay rent (since he advocates the idea of generating income from the properties he acquires through debt), and who will be able to continue paying off those loans taken to buy properties if it becomes a problem just to buy bread?
One of the most foolish and contradictory theories that Kiyosaki has come up with since he's been on the scene.
Not only that! According to his idea, a person living in another state is free to move whenever they want to go to Arizona to select properties to invest in, which have already been inflated by people like him, as you certainly won't be the first to do so, given that he will have done it a long time ago and perhaps, who knows, maybe the interest rates are starting to weigh on him, and he needs some sucker to buy his properties at a high price. In any case, a person who has to put bread on the table certainly cannot afford to travel as much as is necessary to select properties in another state. Or am I missing something?

The year is almost over and very glad about the decisions I have made so far. Investing in the market earlier this year regardless of the market conditions has saved my life. I made over 70k USD with a start of 25k in the last 7 months. I know it's nothing compared to what others make but I'm glad I'm changing my finances.
