If one watches the politics of this video, it's about the strength of the young being more worthy of leadership than the old who just want to preserve their position. That type of damage control is always dependent on an independent strong person and/or people.
That awareness transcends criminal behavior. That insight would apply to wall street and even the district attorney's office as much as it would apply to this video. People are people no matter where people are, people are still people.
I grew up with that problem, where my maturity competed with the status quo within my own family. But we worked out our differences. Rap videos like this actually helped me growing up.
