This music just makes my head swing in every direction. This is real country! It is slow, sorrow and can be happy sometime too :) I used to look at a videos likes and dislikes and sometimes I saw country music classics had no dislikes. Such a great and timless song from Dolly. Listening to it again I'm surprised it wasn't a bigger crossover hit for her. Her vocals and the wonderful guitar work made for a perfect pop song as well as a country song. Perhaps if they took away the fiddle and steel guitar it may have had a bigger appeal to pop listeners back in 1974.
