Jason, you mention the Focus+ supplement from mindbodygreen. Looks interesting buy why does it contain sooo much caffeine? It has three ingredients which contain caffeine: Coffeeberry, guarana seed (Paullinia cupana), and sustained-release, plant-sourced caffeine. Why is that needed? It would be great if you made a version of this without the caffeine, so people could modulate their own caffeine intake and avoid downstream disruption of sleep (and dependence on this stimulant). Hope you consider making such a version.
