lucid dreaming is something i’ve wanted to do ever since i discovered the concept, and i still haven’t— but i’m hoping i will one day!! lately i’ve been recognising patterns in my dreams and i’ve been recalling them vividly, so i think i may be getting closer :)

I began having anxiety when visualizing floating in the ocean as you directed. I like the idea of the warm sun and fresh breeze above me but I don't like not seeing what's in the water under me. I started to imagine sharks in the water so i swam to the shore and sat in shallow water, then crabs began to bite me on the face, which woke me out of the relaxed sleepy state. Im still fully awake two hours later. Ugh.
