My favorite thing about Weird Pervy Guy is they actually go with his ideas. Every skit involving him ends with "I have an idea :)" and the guy in charge going "oh GOD what now", but seconds after the cut they must all be like "Huh, yeah, actually, that's pretty good." I'm headcanoning that he comes up with all the best ideas, and that's why he hasn't been fired for gross misconduct and sexual harrassment.
