I have to say that this song really gets you in the feels about breaking up. I saw a friend I care a lot about go through a break-up back in the summer. They dated about two years! The person broke up with my friend. It was tough for me to see my friend go through the emotional rollercoaster it was. I tried to be there for them as best I could. The thing is that break-ups are harder if it's not a mutual thing. When only one person wants out , it's really rough on the other person who didn't want it to end. It's been now a few months and although they are much better now, they still get hit with random emotional heartaches that break-ups can cause. Anyway, I really wish there was an easier way to deal with relationship loss but feelings are always going to suffer one way or another. But, at some point you have to move on and stop looking back. Life goes on like Lyn says in her song.
