What is Lucid Dreaming, and who am I?

Lucid dreaming (sometimes called astral projection although they're not quite the same) is the ability to become SELF AWARE in your dreams, meaning you can control them.

There are also many benefits to lucid dreaming, such as improved sleep, more energy, more confidence, and more restorative sleep. Not to mention the fact you can become more CONSCIOUS and experience the impossible!

I'm Stef, the guy behind HowToLucid, and I'm dedicated to helping you learn how to lucid dream. I've been lucid dreaming for over 8 years now and I have a passion for dreams and travel. Follow my journey, and leave a comment if you've read all of this letting me know your best lucid dream experience!

🔥These drone simulator videos were an experiment, this is the last one I've made so far (no others ready to go), let me know if they should stay or go. I resume normal videos after. By the way, from this point on I'll post at least 2 videos per week, EVERY week consistently. They'll usually be Mondays and thursdays at about 2-3PM uk time but not always. And to learn how to lucid dream in detail, watch my best youtube video deep diving on EXACTLY how to do it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPOD3Khe8Xg

I often get most LDs in the morning before I have to wake up, because in the morning I have lots of dreams in a row. But the dreams are not that stable, although sometimes I manage to return to my LD from which I woke up.

I've done this without knowing I think! In the morning I write my dreams in my journal lay down, fall back asleep, dream again, and repeat this a few times. If not lucid dreams, I get a bunch of dreams that are easy to remember in a row

I've had lucid dreams for a long time but I've been getting more interested in learning about them and learning how to he able to get them more often. I do notice that I have them often in the morning after I wake up and let my dogs out then go back to sleep

I had a nap for 40 minutes. I had like 20-30 dreams, 5 of them were lucid

How long should all the naps be, should I set an alarm for a certain time?

I'm back! Lately as soon as something weird happens, i do a reality check, and that's what helped me have a lucid dream, but it was very short, can you tell me how to not get very excited?

Usually if I have multiple LDs in a row it's between 5am-6am range during that "sweet spot" as you mentioned.

Naps are one of the easiest ways to initiate lucidity...WILD...wake induced lucid dreaming. Especially if already rested up, and we just rest some more. Vivid dreamy imagery results easily.

With this technique i had my first long lucid dream. I think I had about 5 of them. But I only remembered the last one. It was about drones! Because I linked lucid dreaming and droneflying the night before! So I like it a lot :)

I not only had multiple lucid dreams but I had multiple layered dreams, I thought I woke up from a lucid dream but in fact I was in another dream.
