I remember seeing your Pantone challenge paintings on Instagram 2 years ago and I was so inspired! I’m currently trying this challenge for 30 days as an introduction to gouache and it’s not easy! I’m all the more impressed you were able to fill all 100 of these cards with such beautiful paintings ❤

Your challenge inspired me to make my own challenge - to fill my sketchbook with cinema scenes. I was a little scared and also didn't know what to paint in my sketchbook (I am not an artist, I just paint something from time to time). As you said, the beauty of painting is that you can escape from the reality for a few hours and try to make something that you enjoy. Your work is awesome. And thank you. 💚💛🤎

How on earth can anybody pick a favorite painting, out of so many beautiful ones?
I certainly cannot!
You have been extraordinarily brave, daring to paint on these Pantone cards.
I would have lost my nerve.
You achieved so much and this video has been very inspiring to watch.
Thank you for sharing your successful one-year art journey!

yea this really helps with broadening your color choices, they always tell you to do "small painting exercise with whatever subject you want" and this is just perfect, your paintings really inspire me I might buy the set too and try 🤣 I really liked the koi fish! the original shiny background was really fitting, also bottle green and bright violet! those two really caught my eyes by the end, of course you can see the huge improvement just so soo inspiring so soo pretty 💞💞💞💚

Omg your art is just beautiful! Frankly, I don't think even beautiful does it justice but it'll certainly do. Seeing your progress and improvement throughout this challenge really inspired me to maybe start painting without fear of mistakes, because it's simply just part of the process.
Now, you asked for favourites which was very hard for me to narrow down, so these are some I would buy for my room, but i have many more faves!
Pantone 5405 (3:25)
Pantone 485 (10:33)
Pantone 414 (11:56)
Pantone 152 (14:52)
Pantone cool grey 7 (15:50)
Pantone 13-0645 (19:07)
Thankyou if you read this 🐛🦠

I LOVE this challenge and every single painting you completed. Pantone colors are some of my favorite things to keep up with. This is something that I would like to try myself while listening to audio books. Thank you for the inspiration. My favorite paintings of your are definitely the ones with aerial views. The one of the two boats in the ocean… amazing. Great work!

It was really lovely to see how your skills have developed over this time. And yes to talking about Unsplash! I feel like a broken record sometimes and always mention it as well whenever I can but it's just so important to use images with consent or when you know that they're royalty free anyway. I always love your landscape paintings - for some reason I always associate your art with these gorgeous nature scenes so I would have to say that those are my faves from this bunch as well.

Here it is, finally! 😍 First of all I want to say that I mispronounced gesso the first time I said it, the actual pronounciation doesn’t make any sense to me 😂 I also forgot to mention why I use gesso, I prime all of the postcards with it so the gouache sticks to the surface better. These cards are not meant for painting so it’s hard to use without the primer. I really hope you enjoy watching this video and get inspired by it too! 🥰
