I could have watched 3 more hours of this easily. I "watched" this for the most part in the background while working which begs the idea: have you guys considered a podcast?

PLEEEASE do a bona fide interview with Tony. He's remarkably thoughtful and articulate -- his ability to express both the technical AND artistic components of music (and musicians) is unparalleled. I realize you typically react to music, but you also react to people sharing their experiences with you, and Tony's experience -- and his ability to communicate -- is one of a kind. I feel like a kid in a candy store when he talks about... well, anything. 😁

Thank you so much for this episode. My late husband, Geoff, was a huge Rolling Stones fan and an even bigger Keith Richards fan. He would’ve really loved watching this one. And he would of especially loved it when he heard Tony say that Keith Richards was the greatest rock ‘n’ roll artist of all time, because that was always Geoff’s opinion too!

Love this session; just wish you had spent more time on Memo From Turner, a real milestone for the Stones and especially Keith's guitar style after having been so influenced by Ry... At the end you say "I could do this al day"... PLEASE do this all day! :)

Been thinking about making this suggestion for a while and your discussion with Tony Berg about Ry Cooder made up my mind: How about a reaction to slide/ bottleneck style guitarists who emerged from the blues revival of the 60s: Ry, of course, Duane Allman, and another LA player, Lowell George?

Success is moving from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. Really felt the same after watching The Beatles: Get Back.

Lately, the Rolling Stones have been my favorite band. There's hardly a week that has gone by in the past several years that I haven't listened to Sticky Fingers and at least 2-3 other Stones albums all the way through. Thanks for the deep dive and really putting into words what I've always felt intuitively about their music. This was such a great video!

Will love to hear more from Tony Berg. And as an older music listener, I’m always interested in how “young people” 😎 are interested in analog singing & playing—yes, there is more individual style & sound when people are singing/playing without auto-tune or other digital interventions. So I enjoy learning along with you from the people who “were there” give their insights for non-musicians like me and talented musicians from today who, like you, are eager to learn, evaluate & adapt those insights. Thank you!

Holy Ghod! I saw Performance at an art movie house in Chicago when it came out. It is one of the most darkly hypnotic things I've ever seen.
