This one girl kept going back and forth behind my seat and brushing along my back so i kept freaking out internally and trying to scratch the area. She asked about it and i told her what it was but i think she was kind of making fun of me cause she was kind of yelling it out and laughing about it.
I don't think ill be able to get out of this fear since every time i try to suck it up, the area that was touched feels like its spreading throughout my skin like there was something crawling on me. It drives me nuts and if i dont brutally scratch or wipe the area i start zoning out, hyperventilating and it just make me scratch the area harder and longer.
. . . Life is fun am i right?. . .

It's nice knowing I'm not the only one with it. My parents think it's fake because I used to really enjoy physical contact. But now it scares the living shit out of me.
