I'm in the "keep your expectations low so you don't get disappointed" gang, so I honestly don't think bungie is going to be adding any more abilities to the prismatic subclass. MAYBE some new fragments, but no more main abilities from other subclasses. Mostly to give you a reason to play those other subclasses.

1:14 People have been so hyped over Prismatic that they've largely overlooked it, but the biggest power creep in Final Shape honestly isn't the multi-elemental builds, IMO, but the Exotic Class Items with twin exotic perks. That would be, I think, the reason to still sometimes run a monoelement build. Just off the top of my head, Nezarac/Briarbind for Warlocks, Gyrfalcon/Assassin's Cowl for Hunters, or Phoenix Cradle/Hallowfire Heart for Titans would all be stupid powerful.

Everyone keeps talking about how prismatic would negate the reason to run anything else and are wondering how to keep that from happening; but honestly prismatic should THE subclass. It should be the portion of the game where you make the bulk of your builds, (meaning it could be the closest thing to a true skill tree) just merge everything into prismatic because for 1. If you want use one element then you still can and 2. If you wanted mismatch elements then you still can. Just a thought but the games builds should now work off of the following in order:
1. Class( hunter, titan, warlock)
2. Prismatic(subclass) pick and choose your desired elements and fragments/ aspects/ abilities
3. The exotic armor and weapons that wrap your build up
4. The armor mods that feed your build
Prismatic opens a door for bungie to make the game that much smoother and flow better. Just merge it, and get rid of separate things like different subclasses. If you want 1 element, then go for it or if you want multiple, that’s also an option.

I think Bungie could add a UI settings feature where players can choose to change their locations of things on the UI but also if they want all the buffs symbols with their respective timers on screen but smaller with bolder text that could be a option instead of having the entire text on the buff and the timer.
So for example:
Normal:
(Buff Icon) [Name of Buff]

For the HUD, I'd like an option to show the buffs and debuffs only with icons and timers, but for that to work, the icons should be a bit bigger and more detailed (similar to what they look like in inventory).
New players would be very confused with this so it has to be an option, but experienced players could get more info
