The mom was so open for help and change but so broken. But I can’t imagine feeling so alone and unsure and still asking for help in such an open way. She’s brave. Inside that mother is the lioness she needs to and will be for her family. She can do it. She needed support.

The mom admitted that she doesn't know how to handle it when they misbehave, which is great that she is willing to admit that, but her response to not knowing how to handle it is to just allow it??! That's insane! Even if you aren't sure of the best or proper way to handle misbehavior, you don't just sit there and do absolutely nothing at all!
