Thank you! That all makes a lot of sense. I have been lifting for about 5 years now and have always struggled with my chest. Not once did I think to do more full motion work outs, thanks man.

1/2 chest days per week 2:23 (3 sets of 15-20, increasing weights) 3:13 (hold at bottom for a sec) 3:46 need to slightly change (sorry notes to self)
