I never thought I'd have a song hit me so hard in a while.
This describes my life after dealing with so much in my life. Layoff, losing friends, losing all signs of hope. "You once put on a show, now you lose all your glow" just hits so hard. I truly was waiting for those dreams to materialize but so much effort was put for so little. It just left me exhausted, dreadful.
