Here's a documentary we did in the Parkway Gardens Projects a.k.a. O Block in Chicago, featuring interviews with O Block rappers like Boss Top, Shoebox Baby, and G Nuk, as well as discussions with Adam22 and DJ Akademiks in regard to the role that YouTube gang content and internet street gossip play in escalating real-life violence in the streets.

Also, though he didn't get much screen-time, one of the people who helped put this all together and arrange interviews was Munna Ikee, a young O Block rapper and singer. He would like me to share his music here if you want to check it out - youtube.com/c/MunnaIkee

actually really liked that he asked if they’ve ever been to other areas of chicago or travelled & invited them to see the game w him, it probably reminded them they can do that, bc when things become really routine you forget you have options so that part was actually pretty sweet

This man will forever be protected in all these dangerous areas due to the amount of love he actually shows. This brother aint another adam22 who loves making content without ever Associating with them outside of that let alone take them to a white sox game. Respect goes a long way and andrew will always be welcomed and protected in the "trenches". You get the energy you put out, its universal law. Salute Brother

As drunk as that guy was at the end, his thoughts mimicked mine as I went through his experience (although his were much slower) but I literally wish every single driver on the roads had this man's mentality. "Him passing is not affecting my existence" is how I summed up his drunk utterances but I think they are extremely profound and something to be acknowledged

"And before you knew it, white America was doing the hokey pokey to murder music and unknowingly singing along to the anthems of an actual gang war playing out in real time." damn, what a line
