I’ve always been a bigger fan of The Stones than The Beatles but you can see here how much more polished The Beatles are. They had been playing live for about 3 years with The Stones only having a year or so. Paul McCartney’s vocals are so powerful. They’re doing the harmonies with no stage monitors

What I absolutely appreciate from seeing these is how every single performer is talented. All of them can play their instruments. Even goofy Freddy, could really sing.

Wow awesome, never heard of this and I'm 68... 😂 What a line up!! I live in Sweden and in the late 60's/early 70's I had a subscription to the NME, the best music mag in the world! Thanks for uploading!! 👍🙏💯

Funny to think that Van and Georgie Fame may have first meet at this concert.

Ok, I just sat and watched this entire show and it was the first time that I had seen most of them doing a live show. (Including the Stones and Beatles. I've heard their songs a hundred times on radio, movies, etc.) Probably gonna make some people mad but I don't care. The Animals blew them all out of the water! What an extremely talented group they were. Eric's voice, Alan's keyboards, and their energy was just unmatched.

Imagine being so good that you came on this exact same stage one year ago, singing absolute hits like She Loves You or Twist and Shout, and the next year you come with some more amazing new hits like Ticket to Ride or I Feel Fine, while you're about to release a few more hits like Help or Yesterday 😂
