It’s funny how random comments can make you feel less alone. I lost my father 6 months ago to suicide and have been haunted every night since. I recently discovered these videos and I have been able to sleep better. I am beyond grateful for that. To whoever is reading this; You are loved, you are worthy, and you need sleep.
