We used binaural beats mixed subtly with the music to target Delta Waves. Delta brainwaves, mimicking the sleep state, allow you to rejuvenate both your mind and body, regenerating the needed chemicals you up use while awake. Reaching a deep level of relaxation, you can easily rejuvenate your body and mind, ridding them of stress.
The idea behind this video was to create a relaxing sound that convey peace and a sense of space. We used a selection of smooth pads with distant voices for this purpose.
Since many of our subscribers use these type of tracks for sleeping, we've decided to fade the video to a black screen after 10 minutes,

Given the current situation in which we live caused by COVID19, we have doubled our effort to write healing sleep music. We have based our music on recent scientific studies that demonstrate the benefits of binaural beats on sleep quality and the immune system. These studies published in the "US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health" can be found at the following links. "A Novel Insight of Effects of a 3-Hz Binaural Beat on Sleep Stages During Sleep" www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6165862/ "Sleep stages and other sleep parameters indicated that the 3-Hz binaural beat on a 250-Hz carrier tone can be potentially used to modulate sleep stage. Shortened N2 duration, extended N3 duration, and shortened N3 latency were presented after receiving the 3- Hz binaural beat on a 250-Hz carrier tone during sleep. Furthermore, the results also suggested that an auditory stimulus can be used to modulate sleep stage without disturbing sleep, which is in agreement with some studies on auditory pathways and sleep.
