I know from a confidential source there was an issue with the life insurance payout, which was causing an unusual delay. Charles reached out to this person to ask for help getting the payout, which this source did. Within days (possibly hours) Lori and Chad started plotting Charles' demise.
Also, Kay had told Chandler Police Det Nathan Moffat that Tylee Ryan was the sole beneficiary of this policy (ss: bit.ly/4aKQzN3 ). As Charles' primary confidant I find it highly unlikely Charles wouldn't have told Kay about receiving this payout. Also, the confidential source told me Charles and Lori were in financial duress at that time but were fine afterwards. Given Kay's pattern maligning Tylee to LE, I strongly suspect Kay added this detail to make it look like Tylee benefitted financially from his death. According to Adam Cox, Tylee was only given $2,000 from the policy (video: bit.ly/4aKKikn ). Charles even bought an expensive Jeep but then left Tylee to make the roughly $400/mo payment on it, which she started doing in March 2019.

I am convinced that she somehow got to Joe at the end. He was emotionally exhausted and vulnerable. She manipulated him through Tylee, capitalized possibly including monetarily, and then caused his demise. Dead to rights! I will never believe otherwise. I cannot begin to imagine how painful this all is for Annie. Joe has been so disregarded. But hopefully justice is coming even if itās not in Joeās name.

Interesting. If Kay is correct and the beneficiary was Tylee, did Lori have to go to the courts to become the custodian of the proceeds till Tylee turned 18? Is this why Lori was trying to get Tylee declared an emancipated minor ā¦so Tylee could control her own assets (then Lori could take control of the $$ without worrying about holding it as custodian)? There might be court records in Maricopaā¦

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why Lori became so bold in thinking she could get away with murder. She got away with killing Joe, she got away with killing Charles, and got away with the attempted murder of Brandon. Side note- does anyone know what Loris reaction was to finding out Alex died? I wouldnr be surprised if she offed him too or convinced him to off himself.
