The critique shows how to make quick changes through blending modes and how to reinforce the overall round form of complicated materials. It also teaches you how to create a magical spell effect that emits light and how to adjust colors and values as needed. There’s several different types of blending modes for you to try within Photoshop, including multiply, screen, overlay, soft light, hard light, color, hue, saturation, and luminosity. It’s important to experiment with blending modes to find the best one for the desired effect.
