There's so much more to this legal story than unpaid royalties though.
I cannot share those parts just yet. This so that they cannot sue me for slander, I can't share certain things until my lawyer files the complaint and makes it official public record.
Unfortunately, this ain't my first rodeo.
So all I can legally say is what is fact:
Ninja Tune has never sent me a royalty statement or paid me royalties for using my music.
