All businesses have a lawful right to decide who can enter their premises. They cannot prevent access for any reason that is a protected characteristic. But they can prevent access and not provide a reason.

I loved Queer as Folk! Sounds like a good plan you've got - always best to avoid suing if possible, IMO. It's the absolute last resort.
