I’d like to say a big thank you for your videos. They are helping me to ascend. I’ve been through so much trauma in my life, mum and dads terminal illnesses, drink/drug issues because of this. Hanging with the wrong crowd: recently they have all left my life. It hurt at the time as I thought I needed them even though they were toxic for me. I can now feel the peace and calm due to them not being in my life. I’m sober too. Getting there, smiling more, knowing my worth, I am enough, I accept things that have happened and made peace with them. I am releasing and letting go of all the pain. How freeing that feels. How beautiful. I go outside every morning and can see again. I can see the leaves on the trees, the rays from the sun, hear the birds singing again. It’s beautiful. So long I’ve lived in the shadows. Thank you again. Sending love, healing and happiness to you and everyone who reads this ❤
