Hi. I love your interpretation, you explain it so clearly! For me admiring her clothes from afar perhaps implies that she is no longer she has had her time to shine. She therefore feels distant from the person that she once was and has no sense of purpose. "I used to float, now I just fall down/what was I made for?" She also suggests that she wants to be valued as a person rather than a commodity that you "pay for".
The rain and wind blowing her clothes off the rack juxtaposed with her putting them back in the box could suggest that no matter what life throws at you, you just have to "pack up your troubles in your old kit bag" and carry on.

I just want to say that I think that the very ending symbolizes her not leaving her past self behind given how far she’s come over the years. It’s like she’s giving most of the credit to her younger self/ inner child and that will always be a part of her that she will never leave behind
